We have a choice of 3 meeting rooms as outlined below.

Complementary Tea and Coffee is available for all meetings. Catering can be organised through Reception for Half and Full day meetings at an additional fee.

LONSDALE SUITE
Lonsdale suite meeting room

Hosts up to 8 people with a full Teleconferencing suite & Whiteboard. The Lonsdale Suite can be hired on an Hourly, Half Day or Full Day basis. Ideal if you need to host a weekly or monthly meeting in Newbridge. The Meeting Room is available from Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.

1 Hour             €40 (ex VAT)

Half Day           €100 (ex VAT)

Full Day            €140 (ex VAT)

 

CHARLOTTE SUITE
Charlotte Suite meeting room

Hosts up to 6 people with Whiteboard facility. Located in the Heritage part of the building - The Charlotte Suite can be hired on an Hourly, Half Day or Full Day basis. Ideal if you need to host a weekly or monthly meeting in Newbridge. The Meeting Room is available from Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.

1 Hour             €30 (ex VAT)

Half Day           €85 (ex VAT)

Full Day            €120 (ex VAT)

 

EYRE SUITE
Eyre Suite meeting room

Hosts up to 4 people with Flipchart facility. Located in the Heritage part of the building - The Eyre Suite can be hired on an Hourly, Half Day or Full Day basis. Ideal if you need to host a weekly or monthly meeting in Newbridge. The Meeting Room is available from Monday-Friday: 9-6pm.

1 Hour             €20 (ex VAT)

Half Day           €75 (ex VAT)
