Right at Home with their Kildare offices here at Newbridge Business Centre, is a provider of in-home care and assistance for seniors and adults. Established in 2020 to highlight the heroic work of carers, Right at Home’s Carer of the Year Awards 2025 recognise and celebrate the hard work and dedication of care staff who play a significant role in their communities, enabling elderly people and people with disabilities to continue to live independent lives in the comfort of their own homes.
This year, Fiona McCrea from Newbridge has been announced as the Kildare/Laois regional winner and finalist in Right at Home’s Carer of the Year Awards 2025.
Louise Wine, Care Manager of Right at Home Kildare/Laois, said: “Fiona is a true credit to herself and to the Right at Home Kildare/Laois team.

Right at Home has eight offices across Ireland including Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare, Galway, Mayo/Roscommon and Cork. Right at Home has also launched its ‘Road to 1000’ recruitment campaign, aiming to hire 1,000 new carers nationwide. The initiative is designed to meet the growing demand for quality home care.
